簡單版紅酒牛肉燴飯/簡單バージョンハヤシライス
[ 2人份 ]
牛肉片 Sliced beef—250g
鹽巴 & 黑胡椒 Salt & Black pepper—適量
洋蔥 Onion－1/2個
蒜頭 Garlic－2粒
鴻禧菇 Shimeji－100g
金針菇 Enoki—50g
奶油 Butter－1大匙
紅酒 Red wine－100cc
小番茄 Cherry tomatoes—350g
紅糖 Brown sugar—2大匙
番茄醬 Ketchup—2～3大匙
白飯 Steamed rice—2碗
巴西里末 Chopped parsley—少許
